A call-out can be required anytime you believe a piece of equipment may have an issue.

The $89 fee includes one of our experienced technicians coming to your location and viewing the equipment on site.

If there is a greater issue, the technician will provide a quote on the cost to fix your machine including the cost of any replacement parts.

Note: This may include technician/s taking the equipment back to our warehouse for further testing/assessment.

You can then make an informed decision, in conjunction with advice from the technician, on whether to go ahead with the repairs.
